Disallow arrow functions where they could be confused with comparisons

allowParens 设置项值为布尔值，可以是 true（默认）或 false：

1. true 放宽规则，将小括号内的语法视作有效的“防止混淆”语法
2. false 即使表达式被小括号包住也会发出警告

onlyOneSimpleParam 设置值为布尔值，可以是 true 或 false（默认值）：

1. true 放宽规则，如果箭头函数有 0 个或 1 个以上的参数，或者参数不是标识符，则不报告错误。
2. false 不管参数如何都会发出警告。
